At Condemned Labz, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you retain a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
